Then, later here at work, I had the opportunity to call a contractor for Medicaid that has a fairly involved phone message system.  Of course you never speak to a human.

My favorite of these, however, is the one that one of the airline carriers has.  Not only is it fairly involved, the options never apply to me.  I'm trying to speak with sombody to change a reservation or the like, and I'll get something like this:

Voice:  If you are calling to book a flight to Botswana, say Yes.

Me:  Ummmm. . . .no.

Voice:  Did you say Schmo?  Schmo is not an option.

Me:  Ummmmm. . .okay.  . . .

Voice:  Did you say we'll pay.  If that is correct, say Yes.

Me:  Huh?  No, I'm  . . .

Voice: We'll now transfer you to baggage. . .have a nice day.

Fire: Hardin-Crow Agency-Little Big Horn, Montana

 Yesterday, July 16, 2012, we drove through the smoke of a major lightening caused grass fire that broke out just south of Hardin Montana, just north west of Crow Agency.  Some photos taken from the road.
